Planning frames

Although you can always add or delete frames as you create an animation, it is a good idea to set up a plan specifying when you want key events to occur. Using a frames-per-second rate such as five frames per second, you can build the animation structure by creating a certain number of frames.

For example, if you want a company name to fade in to view within roughly three seconds, and the frame delay is set at 20 hundredths of a second, you will need 15 frames.
